Vintage inspired Friday

Already March!Wow,within a couple of weeks Spring will be here...My favorite time of the year with my favorite holiday Easter!!Time to show my project for the first week of this month.With the Sun in my head,i wanted to scrap this picture of my favorite Summer dress.I think the new Cosmo Cricket paper was perfect for this.I added some lace to give it more of a vintage look.Don't you just LOVE that Prima flower?Sooo pretty.BlueMoon Scrapbooking has more then 60 new flowers added to the store,go check them out here!I love cutting into my 12x12 papers and use the pictures on a layout,like the vintage lady,mannequin and the vintage labels i layered under the paper.Add some 3D tape to the images you like to stand out,like i did with the mannequin.
Every Vintage layout needs some pretty accessories,so i couldn't help myself to add some pearls.I distressed the alpha stickers because they were looking too "new" :)
Do you have lot's of paper left overs??Use them to create layers for adding color and depth.Instead of the paper lace and ribbon i used in the right corner,you can also use small strips of paper.I like to staple or sew them on my layout's.
