Cosmo Cricket love

I played with the new Cosmo Cricket Material Girl line, and i only have one thing to say about that.Yummmmm The fantastic Retro colors were really inspiring, especially the green.Don't you think the red and yellow really pops out here??The Cosmo Cricket Elements make the perfect embellishments and journaling spots.Hope my friend Martine likes it!

I distressed the stickers making them look vintage. These stickers are really thick and sturdy so it makes them perfect for distressing.I also crinkled them a bit...Use a scissor or your nails to distress the edges so they look a bit 3D.You can also use a bit of sanding paper to distress the upper side of the stickers.Sigh,i loved this Prima flower the first second i saw it in my kit.The little beats and swirl in the center were so beautiful.I added a piece of yellow lace to the center with a vintage pin. This layout is about my Julian, when he was only 4 day's old.(Aweee)I thought the colors really matched the pictures from his blanket.I created a fan looking corner by folding the paper back and forth.I torn the paper to make it look like lace.(Atleast...that's what i think,ha!)I used a vintage crochet coaster to add a shabby feel to the layout. The sweet fruit rub-ons complete this look.Hope you liked my projects for today!Don't forget to check out our March challenge. You can win a $40,00 gc for the BlueMoon Scrapbooking store.

Hope you have a fantastic weekend.Love Fauve

  3. Very pretty!

I bought the Cosmo for myself, it's so cute I think I may want to save it and just look at it for a while! Probably not a wise decision, I really need to make some layouts!
