I'm late! I'm late! For a very important date! By Lynnette Davis

Seems like I've been saying that a lot lately. I've gone mad I tell you! I thought today was Saturday. I really need to start living by my calender don't I?

Here's my newest layout titled "MUSE." It's of myself when I was a toddler. All I remember was my mom was on a bicycle out in the parking lot at my grandmothers house taking these pictures of me. I have no idea what was so funny, but in all of these shots she took of me this day I was laughing hard. It must have been a nice, sunny day.

The journaling, I got from a song I really like by a group called MUSE, the song is Unintended. "I'll be there as soon as I can. But I'm busy mending broken pieces of the life I had before." Then there's "Memories" and " be a kid again."

This layout speaks volumes to me as I didn't always have a good life with smiles and laughter. It's a way of telling my younger self that I'm in the process of letting all of it go and move on and be completely happy again. This is a scraplift of a LO by one of my favorite artists.

You can find a lot of the products I used, like the American Crafts Botanique Chipboard, Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist, Rubons, Hambly Transparency, Stickles, Paint, 7gypsies Avignon paper, Prima Shabby Chic-My Lovely paper and velvet leaves in the BlueMoonScrapbooking store.
