*da boys...da girls* :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

Happy Memorial Day weekend!!! Julie Tucker-Wolek here and this is my last week to showcase American Crafts here from Blue Moon Scrapbooking! :):):):):):):):):):) But never fear....I have a whole different company I will be showcasing in June!! Can not WAIT to share with U! :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

The first LO I want to share with U is what I call...."Da Boys...Da Girls" :):):):) This is my family hanging out....and since we didn't have an "extra" person there to take all of us in the photo...we split it between the boys and the girls! :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee "Dear Lizzy" ribbons and had fun just randomly placing them on here! :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

And I loved giving the ribbons a little dimension by placing "Dear Lizzy" remark stickers on top of them! :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

And the next lo I wanted to share is a lo I made of "LITTLE" Julie (That's me!!! LOL!) and my Grandma! The quilt I am snoring away on was made by my Mom...and I still have that quilt today....it is just YUMMY! :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)
I used "Dear Lizzy" paper to make that tree...and used American Crafts flowers for my "leaves" :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

I also wanted to share with U my take on the latest challenge we have for U here at Blue Moon....here are the details!!!! :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

Reuse, Reduce, Recyle- famous words by Bob the Builder. Let's do it! Sure anyone can recycle their weekly garbage, but have you recycled your scrapbooking mists?
Lets play a Recycled Mist Challenge -use your leftover misted ink.
Playing with paper, sticker, chipboard, tissue, paper towels, paper bags... that has been recycled from leftover mist as the main challenge. Using your Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist, Maya Road Mist, Smooch or own version made with re-inkers and a Ranger mini mister...
Here's how:
Spray your regular projects and keep the underneath layer to cut up or use whole. If you spray on a craft sheet, use the leftover mist on the craft sheet for your project.
 This Challenge ends June 19th.

All the Design Team Members will choose a Challenge winner which will be their favorite layout from the gallery.  The winner will receive $40.00 gift certificate!
Post your entry anytime before June 19th in the Blue Moon Gallery!!  Upload a 4x6 with 72 resolution - this works best.  If you're having issues uploading it's usually because the image is too big/large a file.   Resize it and you're off to the races.  If you have problems email lisa@bluemoonscrapbooking.com.
You can enter 1 layout per challenge.
Open to all US and International Scrappers.
A winner will be choosen the week of June 21st.

And here is what I made for this challenge!!!! I made a little wall hanging for my Father-in-Law! :):):):):):):):):):) Except for the chipboard that I used for my base and all the MIST....everything else is Dear Lizzy's! :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

Wellllllllllllllll...OK....not everything is Dear Lizzy...here is part of my LEFT OVER misting.....lol lol lol....its the paper towel I used to dry the alphas and 'pear paper'.....lol :):):):):):):):):):):):):)

Thanks for stopping by today....for those in the USA...I hope U have a very safe and Happy Memorial Day weekend! :):):):):) Remember what the day is all about .... thank a solider today!! :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)
